Leap into Social Studies A Level Two Textbook

Description

The Leap into series is a collection of textbooks and workbooks that are aligned to the National Standards Curriculum (NSC). They are approved by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information to be used in schools to enhance the teaching and learning experience of both students and teachers in Social Studies and History.

This series was created to teach Social Studies and History, using an approach that is creative, entertaining, student centred and skill based. In addition to covering the content prescribed by the NSC curriculum, it seeks to develop and nurture academic and life skills in its users such as:

• Critical Thinking
• Analysis
• Interpretation
• Problem solving
• Innovation
• Integration (of the various subjects)
